You're invited  for a special social hour at the nation's first cat cafe, Cat Town! Come help these felines with positive socializaiton that will lead to finding forever homes.

Cat Town is a cage-free adoption center designed for cats who struggle in shelter cages. Located at 2869 Broadway in Oakland, California, the Adoption Center typically houses 25–35 adoptable cats. Half roam freely, while those needing one-on-one support or medical care stay in private Studios.

Cat Town's mission is to transform the approach to saving shelter cats, reducing euthanasia nationwide. Our focus is to find great homes for cats who are considered unadoptable in the traditional rescue model.

Bring items purchased from Souvenir Coffee, located right next to Cat Town into the cat space. 

Are kids allowed?
Absolutely! We welcome children, but we do require at least one adult for every two kids age 12 or under. Please help us keep the space calm and respectful for the cats.
