Join Your Fellow Alums in Celebration of Greer's latest novel, Less. Former Morris-Champlin resident comes home to San Francisco to share his latest work with us.
Less is about a failed novelist about to turn fifty. A wedding invitation arrives in the mail: his boyfriend of the past nine years is engaged to someone else. He can't say yes--it would be too awkward--and he can't say no--it would look like defeat. On his desk are a series of invitations to half-baked literary events around the world. He accepts them all. What could possibly go wrong?
The New York Times has called Less "no less than bedazzling, bewitching and be-wonderful.”
Live in Marin? Greer will also be reading at Corte Madera's Book Passage on Thursday July 27 @7:00pm.
