Robert Root MD, child psychiatrist, photographer, and climate reality leader, will share his photography from two extraordinary geographic regions of Southern Africa: the Unesco World Heritage floodplains of the Okavango Delta in Botswana and the arid desert landscapes of Western Namibia. These images will illustrate the remarkable diversity of wildlife with a particular emphasis on elephants and lions.
His conversation circle will also address issues around conservation and current threats to wildlife deriving from climate change.
This event is free with coffee and snacks for purchase.
