Building Chase Center with Clarke Miller '95

In late 2016, the California Court of Appeals upheld an earlier lower court approval of the new Golden State Warriors arena, Chase Center. After years of planning, this highly anticipated project broke ground on January 17th.

Please join the Brown University Alumni in Real Estate Group for a special presentation by Clarke Miller ’95, Senior Vice President at Strada Investment Group. Clarke has led the development management on behalf of the Golden State Warriors for their new event center and mixed-use project in the Mission Bay neighborhood. The development project will anchor a district of 11 acres of restaurants, cafes, offices, public plazas and other amenities including a new five-and-a half-acre public waterfront park. Construction on this project is scheduled to be complete for the opening of the 2019-20 NBA season.
