Brown University Real Estate Group (BREG) is pleased to invite you to a behind-the-scenes look at the new Golden State Warriors’ stadium in Mission Bay. With the ribbon-cutting at Chase Center less than a year away, the 11-acre project is almost entirely water-tight and ready for interior improvements. Clarke Miller ’95 from Strada Investment Group will lead a ‘curbside’ tour of the site’s two office towers, retail, plazas, parking structure, and 18,000 seat arena. The group will also be treated to a tour of Chase Center Experience, the sales center where Chase Center season ticket buyers have an opportunity to learn about the variety of events that will be hosted in the arena and to get a sneak peak of the suites and lounges within the arena. Following the tour, we'll gather at Mission Rock Resort for an evening of food, drinks and conversation.
